Extend the Protection of Your DJI Matrice 400
DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew is a protection service designed to extend the coverage of your DJI Matrice 400 professional drone. This service is intended for operators who use their equipment in demanding operational environments. By renewing your plan, you benefit from an additional year of protection against accidental damage.
In the event of damage occurring during normal use, DJI covers the repair or replacement of your device with no deductible, subject to the coverage limit specified in your contract.
Unlimited Repairs and Replacements for 12 Months
With DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew, benefit from unlimited repairs or replacements over a 12-month period.
The cumulative cost of all repairs and replacements must remain within the available coverage limit.
The protection covers accidental damage caused by:
- Drops,
- Impacts,
- Collisions,
- Water damage,
- Signal interference, or
- Operating errors.
Repairs and replacements are carried out with no deductible, subject to the coverage limit.
Coverage Designed for Your DJI Enterprise Fleet
Under certain conditions, the DJI Care Enterprise Plus programme allows coverage limits to be shared across multiple eligible DJI Enterprise devices.
This feature enables professionals operating several compatible drones to distribute their coverage more effectively according to their fleet’s needs.
Priority Repair Service
In the event of covered damage, your device is handled by an official DJI repair centre. Priority service helps streamline your repair request and minimise equipment downtime.
Round-trip shipping costs to the repair centre are covered by DJI in eligible regions, including the European Union.
Renewal Conditions
DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew is intended for devices that are already covered by a DJI Care Enterprise Plus plan. Renewal must be completed before the original plan expires or within 15 days of its expiry date.
The renewal must be for the same plan type: an existing DJI Care Enterprise Plus plan must be renewed as Plus. Coverage is extended for an additional 12 months.
Please note: Renewal extends your existing coverage. It is not a new subscription for a drone that has never been covered by DJI Care Enterprise Plus.
DJI Enterprise
