In the event of an incident, DJI covers repairs or replacements for your device, with no deductible or additional charges, subject to the coverage limit specified in your contract. This plan helps you control costs associated with unexpected incidents and minimise disruptions to your professional operations.
Throughout the coverage period, DJI Care Enterprise Plus entitles you to an unlimited number of free repairs or replacements, provided that the total cost of all interventions remains within the coverage limit. You also benefit from priority handling through DJI’s official repair centre, with no deductible to pay.
DJI Care Enterprise Plus also allows you to share coverage limits across multiple eligible DJI Enterprise devices. When several products are enrolled in the program within 30 calendar days of the initial activation, their respective coverage amounts can be pooled and shared. This feature provides greater flexibility in managing and protecting your drone fleet.
In the event of a repair, DJI covers round-trip shipping costs to the official repair centre in regions covered by the program, including the European Union. This provides a simplified after-sales service experience and efficient support throughout the entire process.
