This extended warranty must be registered within 48 hours of drone activation. For an additional fee, you can access 3 replacement units over a 2-year period.
This service also includes Flyaway coverage, with a replacement fee of €699 for a Flyaway incident.
DJI Care Refresh covers all components of the Mavic 3 Pro drone, including the airframe and gimbal. If you choose to have your gimbal replaced at an official DJI Repair Center, the new gimbal will be covered by DJI Care Refresh, allowing you to fly your drone with peace of mind.
*Replacement services cover only the airframe and the gimbal replaced at an official DJI Repair Center.
Express is an option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quotation process. The DJI Service Center will immediately ship a replacement unit upon receiving your damaged drone.
Your device can be replaced if the damage occurs during normal use.
Receive priority replacement units, significantly reducing the time it takes to get back in the air.
For an additional fee, DJI Care Refresh offers up to three replacement units over a two-year period. The plan covers various types of accidents, including water damage and collisions. Replacement units are brand-new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
