50 kg spraying capacity [1]
4-nozzle spraying, with a flow rate of 24 L/min [2]
First, the dual-atomization spraying system delivers a high flow rate of 16 L/min (with 2 nozzles), producing uniform, fine mist droplets without dripping. For orchard operations, an optional 50 L spraying tank and a pair of centrifugal nozzles can also be installed.
This option increases the flow rate to 24 L/min (with 4 nozzles), thereby expanding the spraying coverage area. It also significantly improves operational efficiency and the adhesion rate of the chemical solution to the underside of leaves.
The dual-pump system delivers a flow rate of up to 24 L/min, representing a 100% increase compared with the previous generation. This makes it possible to meet the demands of high-volume operations in dry fields, orchards, and high-temperature conditions.
This high flow rate enables large quantities of chemicals to be sprayed quickly and efficiently, improving the productivity and profitability of agricultural operations.
The dual-atomization centrifugal nozzle allows droplet size to be adjusted, with a particle size range from 50 to 500 microns. This feature makes it suitable for a wider variety of chemicals. The nozzle also enables chemicals to be sprayed evenly and precisely, improving the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of spraying operations.
The new spreading motor and spiral-channel centrifugal spreader significantly improve spreading efficiency and consistency.
75-Litre Capacity
It has a payload capacity of 50 kg and a volume capacity of up to 75 litres. This allows it to carry a large quantity of chemicals. It is also equipped with a large filling port for rapid loading, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
Smooth Spreading
The spreading motor torque has been doubled, and the discharge outlet has been enlarged. This enables a spreading rate of up to 108 kg/min. These improvements make spreading smoother and more efficient.
Uniform Spreading
Equipped with a spiral flow plate, the spreading pattern is more uniform.
Low-Flow Spreading
The small hopper can be replaced to improve the accuracy of low-flow seed dispensing, such as rapeseed.
Real-Time Weighing
Equipped with a standard weighing sensor, the amount of material remaining can be monitored in real time.
Quick Release
The spreader can be quickly removed and cleaned, making maintenance easier.
First, aerial defense operations take place in demanding, intensive, and complex environments. The T50 has undergone hundreds of reliability tests and features a robust, reliable airframe to ensure the safety of your operations.
On the one hand, the T50 is equipped with an active phased-array radar system that doubles the number of RF transceiver channels, enabling higher detection accuracy. This system is combined with two sets of binocular vision systems to accurately capture terrain and obstacle details.
To further enhance operational safety, the T50 is also equipped with a rear phased-array radar, providing 360-degree omnidirectional detection and intelligent obstacle avoidance. In steep-sloped orchards, it can perform fully automated terrain-following operations to adapt to challenging conditions.
The new T50 agricultural drone combines aerial surveying and crop protection capabilities. It is equipped with an ultra-high-definition FPV gimbal camera with an adjustable angle, allowing it to capture real-time imagery of farmland and orchards.
With the smart remote controller, high-definition maps and flight routes can be created. The drone can then take off with a single click and operate autonomously at any time.
Combined with the obstacle avoidance system, it can perform aerial surveys of orchards on slopes of up to 50° [4].
It also automatically identifies the number of fruit trees and obstacles and generates precise 3D flight routes based on the distribution patterns of the fruit trees and surrounding vegetation.
Aerial surveying and mapping of an entire area can automatically identify plot boundaries and obstacles, and quickly plan flight routes.
Equipped with an 8-core processor, the T50 agricultural drone delivers powerful computing performance and smoother operation. Intelligent flight route planning also reduces empty flights and optimizes payload capacity.
The large 7-inch high-brightness display provides a wide field of view, allowing you to capture every detail. Manual mode can also be enabled for even easier control.
The newly upgraded four-antenna O3 image transmission system provides a transmission range of up to 2 km. It also enhances the system’s resistance to interference, significantly improving signal quality even when operating over tall crops.
When operating in environments where the image transmission signal is severely obstructed, an optional relay module can be configured. This module helps maintain a continuous image transmission link, making flights safer and more reliable.
The D12000iEP all-in-one variable-frequency charging station uses EFI technology to reduce fuel consumption by 15%. It is also equipped with a DB1560 Intelligent Flight Battery featuring an air-cooled heat sink for ultra-fast 9-minute charging.
The charging module can be removed independently to meet both mains charging and power supply requirements.
